When you enroll in group classes before January 1st you'll receive a free hour long private consultation, lesson and Functional Movement Screen.   The movement screen will help us determine poor or dangerous movement patterns as well as provide personalized corrective exercise progressions to help you perform and exercise safely at a higher level.

High School Strength Class Schedule
The High School Strength program is a 12 week program
that teaches a combination of specialized stretching, corrective exercise, strength and safe explosive lifting designed to improve performance while building resilient joints and tendons.

Small group, personalized instruction utilizing the RKC system of strength training and the Functional Movement Screen system for identifying and improving movement patterns that put you at risk  of injury
