Omaha Elite Kettlebell and Anytime Fitness will be offering a free Kettlebell lesson this Saturday from
9:00 am to 9:30 am.
Participants will be introduced to the power of the RKC Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing.
The lesson will be taught by RKC and HKC certified Instructors, the Gold-Standard in Kettlebell Instruction.
