Today called for 10 minutes of Swings alternated with See-Saw Presses, 10 minutes of Cleans and Front Squats 10 minutes, 10 minutes of swings & Renegade Rows.
I decided to mix up a little using the same but different principle and combined all techniques into a single complex but replaced rows with pullups. For those of you who don't know what a complex is: A complex is a series of exercises performed back to back with the same implement without rest. In this case performing a bunch of different exercises in a row without setting the kettlebells down. The difficulty of techniques placed further along in the complex become compounded do to the accumulated stress from the techniques that precede them. Using this method you can really amp up the difficulty of a given lift by placing it toward the end of the complex. It is usually advisable to place the most difficult exercises at the beginning of the complex.
Today's Kettlebell Complex:
Using two snatch test size kettlebells...
5 swings, 5 cleans, 5 see-saw presses, 5 front squats, set down & do 1/2 of your max# of dead-hang, thumb-less pull-ups. Rest as necessary
(ideally the act of setting the bells down and doing pull-ups is intended to be your rest period).
Repeat for 15 minutes.
