5 minutes Partial Getups from the Top Down to the Kneeling Windmill
Section B: 3-Man Team Press, Swing & Goblet Squat Relay
Using your 5-10 R.M. kettlebell for Military Press
- Person A performs a rung of clean & press > then person B > then person C
- Immediately after completing your rung of clean & press begin two handed swings.
- When the person after you completes their C&P rung and begins to swing you will assume the top or bottom of the goblet squat position & hold until it is your turn to begin the next rung of you clean & press ladder.
- Repeat
Perform 5 Ladders x 3 Rungs
Using two KBs Equal to your press Kettlebell used above.
- Person A alternates 20 two handed & 10 double KB swings
- Person B performs DBL KB Farmer Walk's for 3 lengths of the gym floor
- Person C performs One Handed Swing Ladders
When C is done with walks C takes over for A and A begins farmer's walk
When A is done with walks A takes over for B and B begins farmer's walks.
Repeat for 15 minutes
