One of the joys of kettlebell is you get to practice strength training outdoors in the sun!
This photo was taken from one segment of our Saturday 10am workouts. The goal perform a walking combination of Kettlebell movements from one end of the soccer field to the other!
Saturday's Concluding Workout:
- Clean & Press Per Arm x 3
- Six Tactical Lunges or 3 Goblet Squats
- Ten Hardstyle Swings
- One throw for distance
- Walk to the kettlebell
- Repeat until you reach the finish line.
- Wash it down with walks carrying the kettlebell in the bottom-up clean position.
