Select a Kettlebell that you press strictly 5-10 times from the rack position
1st Rung
Clean n Press, High Pull Left
Clean n Press, High Pull Right
2 alternating Tactical Lunges
2nd Rung
2 Clean n Presses, High Pulls Left
2 Clean n Presses, High Pulls Right
4 alternating Tactical Lunges
3rd Rung
3 Clean n Presses, High Pulls Left
3 Clean n Presses, High Pulls Right
6 alternating Tactical Lunges
Repeat this 3-rung ladder for a total of five times. ( 5 ladders x 3 rungs )
Record the time it takes to you to complete the first ladder and perform the 2nd ladder in the same amount of time or less.
Each Successive ladder try to meet or beat the time achieved in the previous ladder.

Today we did the 36:36 Protocol from Viking Warrior Conditioning
Last night the class performed 15:15 while some simply performed snatch ladders.
