"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education alone will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent."

Today our kettlebell class celebrated Kathleen "Kelly" Rushlow. Kelly is the first student from our class to have successfully completed the HKC and earned a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certifiied Instructor certificate. What makes her accomplishment even sweeter is that Kelly is our most successful weight loss story.
Kelly is a living example of perseverance and to watch her train is to know what HKC Hardstyle is truly about.
Also inspiring was to see the improved flexibility HKC candidate Nick Trook has achieved through dedicated application of the RKC armbar. As a result he has greatly improved his Getup and overhead lockout.
