If you are currently learning Kettlebell in a group setting...

If you are already in group class being taught how to use kettlebells....
  • Do you witness frequent injuries in your kettlebell class?
  • Does your back constantly hurt from swings, clean and or snatches?
  • Do you and your class mates routinely get bruises from kettlebell cleans and snatches?
  • You been asked to do a Turkish Getup with a weight that felt too heavy for you, without a spotter?
  • Does your instructor just bark the same commands louder instead of stopping and showing you   progressive corrective drills?
  • Are kettlebells dropped frequently?
  • Do your joints only hurt after kettlebell?
  • Are you moving worse instead of better the more time you spend training with kettlebells?
  • Are you using a kettlebell on top of a balance board or bosu ball?
  • Are you being taught to swing the kettlebell with two hands as high overhead as possible?
  • Are you performing getups for time trying get the most reps done as quickly as possible?
  • Does your instructor try to get you to synchronize choreographed kettlebell movements to music?
The items listed above are unacceptable and are all signs that you are most likely being taught by an unqualified instructor. Kettlebell does not cause injury. The way unqualified trainers teach kettlebell techniques causes injury.  When it comes to any form of resistance training, it's not about the weight... it's about the way you move.

Practice makes permanent.

Perfect practice makes perfect technique permanent.

If you suspect you are being taught and injured by an unqualified kettlebell instructor call and reserve your  spot to try one of my classes or schedule a private session. I will teach you everything needed to get the most out of your kettlebell training as quickly and safely as possible... Guaranteed.
